You are able to cancel or reschedule an appointment on your own - through your account on the Square booking system, up to 48 hours prior to your service start time. We recommend downloading the Square Go app.
To cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment start time, please send us an email at info@idlehandsesthetics.com.
Please note that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. -

To book with Ashley, you will need to book the “New Client/First Time Client” appointment as this ensures she has enough time for a thorough consultation as well as your service.
To book with Kaila, you may book the appointment you’d like from the service menu, all of Kaila’s appointments have time allotted for an in-depth consultation.
If you do not see appointments available, this means the esthetician is booked. Please feel free to add yourself to our waitlist via Square Booking and you will be automatically notified if a date/time opens up.
Please be as specific as possible when filling out the waitlist request. -

PRE-APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Please discontinue all topical prescriptions at least 2-3 days prior to your appointment. This applies to both brow and lash appointments.
Please read the detailed service descriptions on our website to understand the pre and post care for your specific service.
Please make sure to read and sign the digital contract sent to your email address on file via Square Booking. We will not be able to keep your appointment on the schedule without a card saved to file. -
It is important to keep your brows dry for at least 24 hours after your lamination service. This includes, water, sweat, steam, etc.
This ensures that the results of your brow lamination last!
